Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. That excludes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. We hope to add these later.
Postage costs
- £3.50 flat rate on orders under £25
- Free on orders of £25 and over
Dispatch
We pack every order ourselves and post it within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll get an email when it's on its way.
Delivery times
We use Royal Mail and Evri. Most orders arrive 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Lost or damaged parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it goes missing or turns up damaged, email pawthecary.pets@gmail.com and we'll replace or refund it. We'll usually ask you to wait 5 working days past the expected delivery date before we class a parcel as lost.
Wrong address
Please double check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll arrange a resend, but we may ask you to cover the postage.
